We moved into this property when it was a new build as we felt the space and bedroom to bathrooms’ ratio it provided perfectly matched our requirements.
A lot of the other properties in this development had separate lounge/dining areas but what we really liked about this one was the open-plan feel on the ground floor.
It has been a pleasure to live here and with it being in a friendly, gated community, we’ve never had an issue with parking or when we’ve had guests around.
The only reason we are looking to move is to be closer to our family in North Weald now that our baby has arrived.
