Impress your friends and family by learning how to make a variety of Dim Sum.

Organised by the folks behind the asian pop up kitchen Veku and E17 pop up restaurant, you’ll learn how to make and roll dough, prepare and mix fillings, form dumplings and, of course, cook your own handmade Dim Sum too!

You’ll also discover the dos and don’ts of Dim Sum etiquette and the different teas available to accompany this tasty delicacy. Following the three hour hands-on workshop, you’ll be able to fill to fill your belly with a Dim Sum lunch – cooked by yourself.
