Smith Elizabeth Wendy "Wendy" We are sad to announce the passing of our dear mother, Wendy Smith (28 June 1939 - 22 June 2023). Wendy is survived by four children, who were all brought up in Harlow in the 70s & 80s, and by her loving husband, Fred Smith, who was the first Treasurer of Epping Forest District Council at its formation in 1973. Wendy & Fred have been married for 57 years.
