The council will hold a Halloween workshop next month
Epping Forest district council is set to hold a Halloween-themed week next month.
The Halloween week workshop will offer children the opportunity to make new friends, learn skills and be included in 'explosive and spooky' sports, arts and crafts.
The event will take place at Upshire Primary Foundation School in Upshire Road, Waltham Abbey, between October 27 and October 31 and will cater for youngsters aged five to 11.
