A new date has been set for the trial of a woman accused of stealing almost £60,000 from her mother.
Gina Matthews, 41, of Barfields Path in Loughton, has been charged with fraud and theft.
She is now set to stand trial at Chelmsford Crown Court on April 7 next year.
Ms Matthews allegedly cashed cheques totalling nearly £60,000 between 2009 and 2013.
She is also charged with stealing a sealed mail bag and a debit card belonging to her mother, Pauline Chalkley, who also lives in Loughton.
