Staff at a leisure centre have raised £150 for charity.
Loughton Leisure Centre in Traps Hill held a Christmas Jumper Day on Friday in a bid to raise money and supplies for Loughton Foodbank this Christmas.
Staff at the centre, which is operated by Everyone Active, donated £1 to swap their sportswear for Christmas attire for the day.
The centre's work also saw a trolley filled with edible donations for the charity, which supplies food to people in need.
General Manager at Loughton Leisure Centre Laura Woodford said: "Christmas is a time for giving so we wanted to do our bit and raise much needed funds for a local cause.
"We’re still collecting donations so please do dig deep as it’s a fantastic cause.
"I want to say a big thank you to all the staff here at Loughton Leisure Centre who took part in the Christmas Jumper Day and to all our members who have kindly donated."
