Roxanne Leslie will appear in court today.
A woman is set to appear in court accused of child neglect and drug possession.
Roxanne Leslie, 26, of Audley Gardens in Loughton, is accused of possessing 22.4g of cannabis and and 1.568g of cocaine in Loughton on August 16 last year.
Leslie is also accused of wilfully assaulting, ill-treating, neglecting, abandoning or exposing two children under the age of 16 in a manner likely to cause them unnecessary suffering or injury to health.
She will appear at Chelmsford Magistrates Court today.
