A teenager charged with sexual assault and carrying a kitchen knife in a school is set to be sentenced tomorrow.
The 13-year-old from Epping is accused of attacking a 53-year-old woman in her Epping home on June 26 last year.
He is also accused of possessing a kitchen knife on the premises of Epping St John's in Bury Road, Epping on June 11.
A charge relating to the possession of carrying a samurai sword in High Road, Epping was dismissed during his trial on January 30.
He pleaded not guilty to all three charges in court on August 29 last year however was found guilty to sexual assault and carrying a kitchen knife.
The teenager will return to Chelmsford Youth Court tomorrow for sentencing.
