A nature park has welcomed its first lamb of spring.
Portland ewe Parsley gave birth to Rufus at Lee Valley Park Farms, off of Stubbins Hall Lane in Waltham Abbey, on Thursday (February 26).
Three more Portland lambs were born over the weekend.
Joanne Curtis, of Lee Valley Regional Park Authority, said: "Rufus is doing great, he’s a big strong boy.
"More Portland lambs are expected to arrive within the next few days or at least by the end of the week.
"The next group of ewes that are due are the Mules who are due to lamb from the 10 March, then the Hebrideans and the Oxford Downs will be due after that, so we should have lambs arriving all the way up to and into the Easter holidays."
