People will have a chance to raise their concerns about crime and policing at an upcoming meeting.
On October 28 police and crime commissioner Nick Alston will hold the evening meeting at the civic offices in Epping.
Members of the public will be able to raise issues with policing, crime and community safety at the meeting, which will follow a series of one-to-one ‘surgery’ sessions with the Essex PCC.
A spokeswoman for the outgoing PCC previously said a decision on the future of Epping police station will be announced this month.
The station is one of around 50 buildings owned by Essex Police possibly facing closure as the service plans sweeping cuts.
The public meeting runs from 6.30pm to 8.30pm.
To book a one-to-one surgery session between 4.30pm and 6pm, email pcc@essex.pnn.police.uk, go to www.essex.pcc.police.uk/pcc-surgeries/ or phone 01245 291 600.
