Trains have come to a standstill after overnight storms caused commuter chaos this morning.
There is currently no TfL Rail service between Liverpool Street and Ilford due to last night's (June 22) heavy rainfall and flooding.
There is also no service on Abellio Greater Anglia services between the two stations, running through Forest Gate and Manor Park.
A TfL spokesman said: "Trains services cannot currently travel along this route."
Tickets are being accepeted on local bus routes and London Underground services, but there is major disruption on several lines including Jubilee and the Docklands Light Railway (DLR).
