A fire has broken out at an industrial yard in Waltham Abbey, which is currently thought to have been caused by flammable chemicals.

Firefighters were called to the blaze in Avey Lane at around 6.15am this morning (Friday, January 6).

When crews arrived they reported cylinders containing the extremely flammable gas acetylene were involved and immediately set up a 200 meter safety cordon around the area.
