Police have launched a man-hunt for a former Premier League footballer after he failed to appear in court.
Ex-West Ham midfielder, Shaun Newton, failed to appear at Kingston Crown Court on October 13 after he was charged with burglary.
The 41-year-old made more than 40 appearances for the Hammers between 2005 and 2007.
Police say the former England Under-21 international still has links to the Newham area and also has connections to Merton, Croydon and Lambeth.
Anyone with information on his whereabouts is asked to call the police non-emergency line on 101 or Crimestoppers anonymously on: 0800 555 111.
