The development would be a short walk from Epping high street
PLANS to build 28 apartments for the over 60’s are being considered.
The flats would be in Stonards Hill, Epping, a stones throw from the high street.
If the application, from Churchill Retirement, is successful, two bedroom apartments would be built.
An owners lounge and guest suite for the 24 hour lodge manager would also be created.
