Police were on a patrol in Harlow on October 4, when they saw suspected drug users gathering round a car.
After seeing the police, Amir Mostofi, 26, tried to drive away, while Glen Alamo, 20, attempted to escape on foot.

The pair admitted to the charge of one count of possession of a class A drug with the intent to supply.
Elamo, of Station Road, Chingford, East London, was sentenced to three years and six months, while Mostofi, of Downing Court, East Barnet, North London, was given three years in jail at Chelmsford Crown Court.
