TWO people will appear in court charged with causing the death of a woman in a crash last year.
Lorry driver, Anthony Cheshire, 62, from Telford and Tammy Langton, 32, of Blackheath, have both been charged over the death of Laura Cooper in March last year.
Ms Cooper, 34, from Leicestershire, died on April 2 after a car and a lorry crashed on the M25 outside Waltham Abbey on March 29 last year.
In a statement issued by her sister, Jo-Anne Adamson, at the time, Laura was described as “a very popular and generous young woman.”
A 17-year-old from London was also injured in the crash.
The pair will appear at Chelmsford Magistrates’ Court on April 12. Both have been charged with causing death by dangerous driving.
Langton was also charged with causing death by careless driving with a proportion of a controlled drug over the specified limit.
