A SECOND man has been arrested in connection with an acid attack which saw 20 people injured.
A 24-year-old was arrested in north London yesterday (April 21) on suspicion of GBH.
Earlier in the same day, a 21-year-old was arrested in north London on the same charge.
Police continue to hunt Arthur Collins, who they want to question in connection with the incident in a Hackney nightclub last week.
Lee McCullogh, from Hackney CID, said: “I am continuing to appeal to Arthur Collins to hand himself in so that we can talk to him about the incident in the nightclub.
“We have 20 people suffering from the effects of an acidic substance being sprayed in a confined space in a busy nightclub. All have burn-related injuries. This incident has caused suffering to a large group of people and left many others needing long term treatment.”
