Two people have been charged with murder after a teenager was stabbed to death in Walthamstow.
Esra Abeka-Soares, 18, and a 17-year-old boy who cannot be named for legal reasons, have both been charged with killing Elijah Dornelly last Sunday.
Both appear are now due to appear in custody tomorrow morning at Thames Magistrates' Court.
Elijah was found by officers suffering from a serious stab wounds in Walthamstow High Street, at around 11.30pm on May 7.
He was taken to an east London hospital, but died from his injuries shortly after.
The teenager was a former pupil at Kelmscott Secondary School, in Markhouse Road, Walthamstow and is also thought to have attended Leyton Sixth Form College.
Just hours before he was stabbed, Elijah had joined hundreds of other campaigners to take part in an anti-knife crime march in central London.
