A CYCLIST fractured his neck after falling off his bike.
The 44-year-old cyclist was riding in Manor Road, Loughton at 5:15pm on Tuesday, May 30, when he was overtaken by two cars.
A black Smart car drove round him and suddenly hit its brakes, causing the cyclist to come off his bike.
The driver of the Smart car got out and shouted at the cyclist before driving off.
The victim has since been released from hospital.
The driver is Asian, aged in his 30s, with short dark hair and beard and was wearing a black tracksuit.
