Met Police are investigating
A DRIVER knocked over a set of traffic lights when his car crashed.
The 25-year-old man was going up Highbridge Street, Waltham Abbey, when the Mercedes AMG he was driving spun out of control.
Police cleared the road and no arrests were made.
