The assault happened near the intersection of Billet Road and Folly Lane in Walthamstow
A CYCLIST has been taken to hospital after he was assaulted.
The victim, who is in his early 50s, was cycling along Billet Road near the intersection with Folly Lane, Walthamstow, at around 10.30pm on Wednesday (July 5).
The man, who was punched several times, does not have life-threatening injuries.
The incident is not believed to be gang related.
No arrests have been made and police enquiries continue.
