REALITY TV fans are in with a chance of bagging the afternoon TOWIE tea date of their dreams.

Former stars of The Only Way Is Essex Lydia Bright and her mum Debbie Douglas are offering one lucky winner the chance to have afternoon tea with them at their house in Epping Forest.

The mother and daughter duo have been long-standing supporters of Woodford Bridge-based charity ELHAP and will offer the prize to the person who raises the most money for its sponsored walk next month.

Over the last 20 years Debbie has fostered over 250 children, continually relying on the charity for support with the challenges such an immense task can bring.

Lydia said: “ELHAP has been an invaluable source of support for our family over the years so I know how important it is they are able to continue the amazing work that they do within our community.

“I want to encourage everyone to get involved and raise as much money as possible for a great cause that desperately needs support, which is why my mum and I are delighted to offer an Essex afternoon tea experience for the highest fundraiser.”

This year ELHAP is celebrating 40 years of helping children and young people with disabilities across east London and Essex.

Their outdoor adventure playground in Roding Lane North is the only one of its kind suitable for both disabled and able-bodied children in London.

On Saturday September 23 users, supporters, and other members of the community are being invited to walk for 1.5, 4, or 10 kilometres around Claybury Park nearby to raise funds for ELHAP.

It will be opened by Redbridge Mayor Linda Huggett who will be setting off on the 1.5km route to show her support.

The walk is wheelchair and pushchair friendly and will finish with refreshments and adventure play back at ELHAP.
