A man was stabbed and another sprayed with an “unknown substance” after a fight broke out in a busy street.
Police were called to St James Street in Waltham stow at about 6.40pm on Tuesday, November 14 to reports of a fight involving people armed with weapons.
London Fire Brigade and London Ambulance Service attended and a man, believed to be in his teens, was found suffering a stab and was rushed to hospital.
Another man received treatment after being sprayed with an “unknown substance”.
At this stage the condition of the two men is not known.
Four men and four male youths were arrested in a nearby road on suspicion of GBH.
A crime scene has been set up outside Subway and Down Town Pizza near St James Street station.
