Do you have what it takes to become a magistrate?
Adults looking to make a contribution to their community are encouraged to sign up to become magistrates.
A recruiting event organised by the Ministry of Justice will be held in Walthamstow next month for candidates to be interviewed.
People from all backgrounds are encouraged to apply and there will be a particular focus on attracting those from ethnic minority communities.
Candidates need to be 18 years or over and have a minimum of 13 free days per year to take on the voluntary role.
The event will run from 10am to 4pm at Walthamstow Central Library on Saturday, December 9.
