Masked robbers land teenager in hospital
A TEENAGER was landed in hospital after a pair of masked men accosted him as he sat on a bench.
At 10.30pm on Friday the two suspects approached a 17 year-old as he sat on a bench on Torrington Drive, Loughton.
An altercation in which the victim sustained cuts to his face, legs and body followed their demands for the young man's watch and phone.
He was taken to hospital and received stitches for his injuries.
The suspects, who ran from the scene, are described as being white men, one wearing a black balaclava and one wearing a face mask.
