A schedule of sports suitable for people with special educational needs and disabilities has been put together by Epping Forest District Council.
On Mondays between 1.30pm and 2.30pm at Ongar Leisure Centre boccia sessions will be held.
Now a Paralympic recognised sport, boccia is a precision game similar to bowls.
On Tuesdays at Epping Sports Centre from 1pm to 2pm, qualified rebound therapy coaches will run trampolining sessions.
A Winstrada grading system is also in place for those looking to push themselves.
And on Wednesdays from 1.15pm to 2.15pm at Epping Sports Centre, a different sport is played each week, with participants and qualified coaches choosing together what to play the following week.
Previous sports include football, basketball, javelin and sitting volleyball.
