A driver has been named by police after being caught in their Christmas anti-drink and drug crack down.
Scott Cooper, on Hemnall Street, Epping, was arrested on December 4 in Lower Berry Lane, Epping.
The 37 year-old failed to provide police with a specimen and was consequently disqualified for 18 months and made to pay £984.
148 people were arrested during the campaign which ran through December 2017.
