11 London based restaurants and hospitality businesses have been named among the shortlist for the esteemed Catey Awards.

The Cateys are well known as the biggest of its kind for the hospitality industry and aim to recognise the strongest performers, most inspirational brands and highest flyers in the sector.

Over 100 judges from within the industry help choose the winners based on their expert knowledge.

Now the shortlist has been named, including 11 of London's own, with the winners to be announced on July 2 at the JW Marriott Grosvenor House London.

Across all of the categories for the national awards, 11 London-based hospitality businesses were named including restaurants and hotels.

  • Kolae, London- (Menu of the Year Award)
  • The Langham, London- (Hotel of the Year – Group)

Named among the best employers is Nobu Hotel London Shoreditch which "delivers the perfect blend of industrial chic and Japanese simplicity."

Offering 164 guest rooms and suites, the hotel is also home to world-renowned restaurant Nobu.

The popular Seven Dials Market has been shortlisted for the Best Marketing Campaign Award with its bold social media presence and colourful adverts.
