Former West Ham United captain Kevin Nolan has left Upton Park by mutual consent this morning, the club have announced.
The 33-year-old joined the Hammers in 2011 from Newcastle United and skippered the east London side back to the Premier League.
In total Nolan made 157 first-team appearances for the club, the last of which came in Saturday's 4-3 home defeat by AFC Bournemouth, scoring 31 times.
He told the club website: "I have thoroughly enjoyed my time at West Ham United and will take some great memories with me.
"I am now looking forward to the next challenge playing for a new club."

Nolan had fallen down the pecking order at West Ham this season under new head coach Slaven Bilic, despite being a regular at Upton Park under his boss at Bolton Wanderers, Sam Allardyce.
However, the Liverpool-born midfielder was used less frequently last season and made just 19 Premier League starts - the lowest number in the league since his move from the Magpies.

In his first season at Upton Park Nolan helped the club win promotion from the Championship via a Play-Off Final win over Blackpool at Wembley Stadium.
