Leyton Orient boosted their promotion hopes after a 1-0 win at Portsmouth in League Two on Saturday.
The O's took the lead early on in the second half when Jobi McAnuff struck a stunning 25-yard strike into the net.
Kevin Nolan struck the crossbar and Jay Simpson missed from close range as the visitors threatened to extend their lead.
But Orient's second win of the season over Pompey took them up to sixth and back into the play-off places.
