Michail Antonio has withdrawn from the England squad after suffering a hamstring injury in West Ham’s 3-2 defeat against Leicester City.
The 26-year-old, who is yet to feature for his country, earned his second international call up last week after an impressive campaign which has seen him top score for the Hammers with nine goals.
He completed 90 minutes against the Foxes but was confirmed as a doubt for the friendly against Germany and World Cup Qualifier with Lithuania.
The injury provides a further blow to Slaven Bilic after he lost Winston Reid to a foot injury and saw Pedro Obiang stretchered off after rolling his ankle.
He becomes the latest unavailable player for Three Lions boss Gareth Southgate after injuries to Harry Kane, Daniel Sturridge, Danny Welbeck and Wayne Rooney.
