Leyton Orient's winding-up petition has been dismissed by the judge Sally Barbour at the Royal Courts of Justice.

Centre Circle Events Management who fronted the petition were paid in full as were the London Borough of Waltham Forest Council.

However, it is understood others are still yet to be paid and huge questions still remain.

Pre-season is set to begin in two-weeks and friendlies are yet to be confirmed.

Season tickets for the 2017/18 National League campaign are not on sale and there are only 12 players confirmed in the squad.

Adam Michaelson from LOFT stated: "The club has not been saved. Without the limitations of a winding up petition, it leaves it in a dangerous position."

The plans of Francesco Becchetti are still uncertain and their future is certainly murky.
