Dr THERKILDSEN Lance Karl Hyde of Ampthill, formerly of Epping, passed away peacefully at home on 27th September 2021 aged 84 years. Former Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon at St Margaret's Hospital, Epping and Princess Alexandra Hospital, Harlow. A Thanksgiving Service is to be held at St Andrew's Church, Ampthill on Tuesday 9th November at 12:00 noon. Family flowers only.
