NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THATEssex County Council is seeking planning permission for Expansion of the existing tennis courts from 3courts to 4courts. Erection of new fencing around the courts at West Hatch High School, High Road, Chigwell, IG7 5BT - CC/EPF/31/19 The proposed development may not accordwiththe provision of the Combined Policies of Epping Forest District Local Plan (1998) and Alterations (2006) published July 2008 in force in the area which the land to which the application relates is situated.

(Various Roads, District of Epping Forest) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic &Clearway) (No.15) Order 2019

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice to make the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 Effect of the order:

1. To temporarily close the various lengths of road in the District of Epping Forest as specified in the schedule to this Order.



2. Atemporary 'No Waiting' restriction will be introduced on both sides of carriageway on the above lengths of roads for the duration of the closuretofacilitate the works. Signs will be installed indicating when the No Waiting restriction will be in force.



"The Essex County Council (Epping Forest District) (Permitted Parking Area and Special Parking Area) (Consolidation) Order 2008" will be temporarily amended to include the temporary 'No Waiting at Any Time' restriction and suspend any existing parking and waiting restrictions on the above lengths of roads only.All other restrictions and exemptions contained in the aforementioned Order and Amendments to that Order shall remain in force. The works being undertaken will take place within an 18-month period from 27th June 2019, exact dates will be specified on

. The roads will be closed to facilitate each phase and then re-opened to the public. Access will be maintained for emergency services. Diversion routes will be signed at each location and residents will be informed of the dates of each phase via letter/leaflet drop and advanced warning signs on the road. (Hoe Lane, Epping) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2019

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Hoe Lane, Epping in the District of Epping Forest, from its junction with Alderwood Drive to its junction with New Road, a distance of approximately 1530m. The closureisscheduled to commence on 8th July 2019 for 47 days, or wherestated on avalid permit (AZ0071000831870 -Cadent). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on

. org. The closureisrequired for the safety of the public and workforce while mains replacement works areundertaken by Cadent.

An alternative route is available via New Road, Manor Road, Lambourne Road, RomfordRoad, Gravel Lane, Pudding Lane, Abridge Road Roundabout, Abridge Road, London Road and vice versa.

The Order will come into effect on 27th June 2019 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Woodside, Epping) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2019

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Woodside, Epping in the District of Epping Forest, from its junction with Epping Road for adistance of approximately 75m in anorthwesterly direction. The closureisscheduled to commence on 8th August 2019 for 5days, or wherestated on avalid permit (BC006MU1WBAUSEIBYJTRPA01 -BT).The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on

www.roadworks.org

. The closureisrequired for the safety of the public and workforce while duct laying works areundertaken by BT.

An alternative route is available via Epping Road, The Plain, Thornwood Road, High Road Thornwood and vice versa.

The Order will come into effect on 27th June 2019 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
