Notice is hereby given thatEssex County Council has made the above Order under Sections 1, 2, 4,32, 35, 45, 46, 49, 53 and Parts III and IV of Schedule 9ofthe Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
The Effect of the above Orders will be, without anychange in substance to the designations and provisions imposed by those Orders, to consolidate each district'sOrders into anew consolidated map-based Order, the Orders being consolidated and their respective amendments are listed in Schedule 1.
Date of operation: The Order will come into operation on 1st November 2019.

Application to the high court: Anyone who wishes to question the validity of the Ordersof anyprovisioncontained in them on the grounds thatitisnot within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or on the grounds thatany requirement of the Act, or anyinstrument made under it, has not been complied with in relation to the Orders, may within six weeks from the date of the makingofthe Orders apply to the High Court for this purpose.

Notice is hereby given thatthe Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) ofthe Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close Footpath 116, Loughton, in the District of Epping Forest, from its junction with A1168 Chigwell Lane for its entire extent to its junction with Lenthall Road.
The closure is scheduled to commence on 02/11/2019 to 06/12/2019 or where appropriate signs are showing and weather permitting, and is required to allowthe deliveryoftrack and materials to Debden Station for essential station works. The alternative route will be via the footway on A1168 Chigwell Lane, Langston Road, Lenthall Road and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 02/11/2019 and may continue in force for 6months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(Beech Lane, Buckhurst Hill) (TemporaryProhibition of Traffic) Order 2019
Notice is hereby given thatthe Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) ofthe Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of theorder: To temporarily closethatlength of Beech Lane, Buckhurst Hill in the District of Epping Forest, from its junction with Epping New Road to its junction with High Road for adistance of approximately 160m. The closureisscheduled to commence on 22/11/2019 for 28 days, or where stated on avalid permit (AZ0071000847501 -Cadent). The scheduled dates may varyfor these works with appropriate signs showing and/or

. The closureisrequired for the safety of the public and workforce while gas mains replacement works are undertaken by Cadent. (River Way, Loughton) (TemporaryProhibition of Traffic) Order 2019
Notice is hereby given thatthe EssexCounty Councilhas made the aboveOrder under section 14(1) of the RoadTraffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close thatlength of River Way, Loughton in the District of Epping Forest, from apoint approximately 320m northeast of its junction with Southview Road for adistance of approximately 40m inanortheasterly direction.
