(Various Roads, Lambourne) (Restricted Road &40mph Speed Limit) Order 2019

(Various Roads, Lambourne) (Restricted Road & 40mph Speed Limit) Order 2019 Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under Sections 81, 82(2), 83(2), 84(1) and (2) and Parts III and IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To introduce a 40MPH speed limit on 1) A113, Lambourne, Epping Forest District, from a point approximately 51 metres north east of north east property boundary of No.52 Ongar Road, north east for a distance of approximately 1212 metres. 2) Church Lane, Lambourne, Epping Forest District, from its junction with A113 Ongar Road, south for a distance of approximately 40 metres (both roads are currently national speed limit).
‘The Essex County Council (Various Roads, Abridge) (Restricted Roads) Order 2010’ and ‘The Essex County Council (A113 London Road, Lambourne and Chigwell) (40mph Speed Limit) Order 2010’ are hereby revoked. All restrictions contained within the aforementioned orders will remain in force by virtue of this order.
Date of operation: The Order will come into operation on 13 November 2019.
Further details: A copy of the Order and plans may be examined during normal office hours at County Hall, Chelmsford CM1 1LX. Application to the high court: Anyone who wishes to question the validity of the Order of any provision contained in it on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or on the grounds that any requirement of the Act, or any instrument made under it, has not been complied with in relation to the Order, may within six weeks from the date of the making of the Order apply to the High Court for this purpose.
(York Hill, Loughton) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2019 Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of York Hill, Loughton in the District of Epping Forest, from its junction with Kings Hill to its junction with Queens Road, a distance of approximately 220m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 25/11/2019 for 3 days, or where stated on a valid permit (NK100/SSCJFI/119063/ESM2 – Virgin Media). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while new connection works are undertaken by Virgin Media. An alternative route is available via Queens Road, Pump Hill, York Hill and vice versa. The Order will come into effect on 14/11/2019 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(Vicarage Lane, Chigwell) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2019 Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Vicarage Lane, Chigwell in the District of Epping Forest, from its junction with High Road to its junction with Manor Road, a distance of approximately 1685m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 25/11/2019 for 26 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP20153051974 – Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on www.roadworks.org. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while drainage works are undertaken by Essex County Council. An alternative route is available via High Road, Hainault Road, Manor Road and vice versa. The Order will come into effect on 14/11/2019 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(Avey Lane, Waltham Abbey) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2019 Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Avey Lane, Waltham Abbey in the District of Epping Forest, from its junction with Manor Road for a distance of approximately 150m in a southeasterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 24/11/2019 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (BC005MU1WSEP00IBT0NCDN07 – BT). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while duct laying works are undertaken by BT. An alternative route is available via Avey Lane, Sewardstone Road, Mott Street and vice versa. The Order will come into effect on 14/11/2019 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier. Essex County Council
