(Marjorams Avenue, Loughton)
(Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Marjorams Avenue, Loughton in the District of Epping Forest, from its junction with Church Hill for a distance of approximately 100m in a southeasterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 4th January 2022 for 21 days, or where stated on a valid permit (AZ5021001098187 - Cadent). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/ or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while mains replacement works are undertaken by Cadent.
An alternative route is available via Marjorams Avenue, Rectory Lane, Church Hill and vice versa.
The Order came into effect on 23rd December 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
