Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council proposes to make the above Order under Sections 1(1) and (2), 2(1) to (3) Part III of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To prohibit vehicles from making a left hand turn from New Access Road for the Quarry at Colemans Farm, Rivenhall in the District of Braintree into Little Braxted Lane.

ection 53 Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981 Definitive Map and Statement for the County of Essex The Essex County Council Definitive Map Modification No. 632 Footpath 23 Finchingfield (Braintree District) Order 2017
The above Order made on 14 August 2017 if confirmed as made, will modify the Definitive Map for the area by:-
1. Adding a length of Footpath 23 Finchingfield from the footbridge at point A on the order plan running south easterly for a distance of approximately 10 metres; then turning north easterly for a distance of approximately 35 metres; to meet Tinkers Green Road at point B. This route stays close to the southern boundary of Tinkers Green Farm passing to the south of the small shed near the south west boundary of that property. The width of the way is 1.5 metres. A copy of the Order and the Order map may be seen free of charge during normal office hours at Braintree District Council Offices, Causeway House, Braintree CM7 9HB , and at the Chelmsford Library, Market Road, where copies will be available on request at a charge. Any representation or objection relating to the Order must be sent in writing to the Director for Essex Legal Services, Essex County Council, Seax House, Victoria Road South, Chelmsford, Essex, CM1 1QH, to arrive not later than 12 October 2017, and it is requested that the grounds on which it is made are stated.
If no representations or objections are duly made to the Order, or if any so made are withdrawn, the Essex County Council, instead of submitting the Order to the Secretary of State, may itself confirm the Order. If the Order is submitted to the Secretary of State for the Environment, Food and Rural Affairs, any representations or objections, which have been duly made and not withdrawn, will be sent with it. (Notley Road, Black Notley) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2017
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Buck Hill, Black Notley in the District of Braintree, from its junction with Witham Road, for a distance of approximately 66m in a southerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 20th September 2017 for 7 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EC30034772896 - UK Power Networks). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on www.roadworks.org. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while new electrical connection works are undertaken by UK Power Networks. An alternative route is available via Church Road, Notley Road and vice versa. The Order will come into effect on 7th September 2017 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier. Dated: 24/08/2017
