Notice is hereby given that Essex County Council has received a planning application from Brice Aggregates Ltd for the Retrospective and temporary change of use of agricultural land at Coleman's Farm ("the application site") to allow for stocking of as raised sand and gravel from Coleman's Farm quarry until 31st December 2017. Planning ref: ESS/45/17/BTE

LAND AT: COLEMANS FARM, LITTLE BRAXTED LANE, WITHAM Members of the public may inspect a copy of the application and other documents submitted with it online at www.essex.gov.uk/ viewplanning or at Essex County Council at the below address (please call for an appointment on 03330 139808). Consultation on this application is open until 28 September 2017. (Ranks Green Road, Fairstead) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2017

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Ranks Green Road, Fairstead, in the District of Braintree, a point approximately 228m from its junction with Fairstead Lodge Road, for a further 102m in a westerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 2nd October 2017 for 3 days, or where stated on a valid permit (AD030000010453286 - Anglian Water). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on www.roadworks.org. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while new water supply works are undertaken by Anglian Water.

An alternative route is available via Mill Lane, Boreham Road, Fuller Street, Fairstead Lodge Road, Ranks Green Road and vice versa. The Order will come into effect on 2nd October 2017 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Buck Hill, Black Notley) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2017

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation

Act 1984.

Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Buck Hill, Black Notley in the District of Braintree, from its junction with Witham Road, for a distance of approximately 66m in a southerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 20th September 2017 for 7 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EC30034772896 - UK Power Networks). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on www.roadworks.org. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while new electrical connection works are undertaken by UK Power Networks.

An alternative route is available via Church Road, Notley Road and vice versa.

The Order will come into effect on 7th September 2017 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Church Street, Kelvedon) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2017

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Church Street, Kelvedon in the District of Braintree, from its junction with Thorne Road for a distance of approximately 130m in a northwesterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 30th September 2017 for 3 days, and 7th October 2017 for 3 days (2 weekends), or where stated on a valid permit (KL141LTN1-41-52-300917/ KL141LTN1-41-52-071017 - Network Rail Infrastructure Ltd). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on www.roadworks.org. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while track renewals works are undertaken by Network Rail Infrastructure Ltd. An alternative route is available via London Road, Southbound Slip From Kelvedon, A12 J B1024 South Of Kelvedon Join Sw, A12 From J B1024 North Of Kelvedon To J B1024 South Of Kelvedon Sw, Roman Road, A12 From J B1024 South Of Kelvedon To J B1389 North Of Witham Sw, Henry Dixon Road, Oak Road, Church Road, Rickstones Road, Park Road and vice versa. The Order will come into effect on 21st September 2017 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
