Your help is sorely needed in bringing your readers' attention to the appalling situation regarding post in the area that has the misfortune to endure the Royal Mail's universal service non-commitment from its Debden sorting office.

'Cuts to foreign aid are realistic'

Far from being selfish the Government is being realistic (A selfish government, Letters, December 10). By reducing the amount frittered away on foreign aid, more will be available to help the millions of unemployed and failing businesses.
