Owners Comments; When I purchased this property, it was because of the convenient location and spacious feel. It really did not look like this when I purchased it. Many long days and nights have gone into making my vision a reality. I designed this house so that when my children and grandchildren come over I could open the double doors that divide the kitchen diner and lounge area. By doing this, it makes the house a large place for my grandchildren to play inside and we can all keep an eye on them. The location of the property works perfectly for me. I have a dog so having two parks within a five minute walk is perfect, along with the train station also just five minutes away. It is always convenient but what I like the most is that my commute to work in Chelmsford only takes me 25 minutes in the car.

Agent Comments; Nine Acre is a property that has been finished to a very high standard. I love the way the converted garage has been configured, giving you a nice entrance hall, with WC and a true utility room. The lounge is decorated very tastefully with two standout features that demand your attention. The glass staircase and oak surround fireplace really set this property apart from competitors in the market. Moving through the property into the kitchen area you have ample space for a table and chairs along with a good size kitchen. The Baxi boiler is located in the kitchen also and was fitted in 2017, there are integrated appliances in the kitchen and again it is decorated tastefully. Personally I like the colour contrast with the tiles and gloss white kitchen cupboards against the matching wall colour and boundary split. This then leads you into the conservatory that has power and is an all round nice space.

Upstairs, I particularly like the large landing area and that is quite unusual in homes built in the 60's. The master bedroom is a very nice size ( please refer to floorplan provided ) with a large window, letting in plenty of light. The room also benefits from a newly fitted en-suite shower room. Bedroom two is also a very nice size and has a large window looking out over the rear garden. Bedroom three, again, is a good size double room with built in wardrobes. This is a south east facing garden which is an added benefit coupled with side access, a garden tap to both the front and rear of the property and power to the rear.
