An inclusive dance show next weekend will celebrate the talents of people with disabilities.

Shine will take place at Alexandra Palace on Saturday, June 29, and will feature 75 dancers aged 4 to 25-years-old with varying disabilities. The event aims to be inclusive and accessible for dancers and audience members as the stage lights up with courageous choreography which celebrates the abilities of each performer.

Shine is presented by icandance, a North London-based charity which nurtures creativity and learning through dance for people with a range of learning and physical disabilities as well as sensory and communication needs. The event offers a vibrant performance of colour, diversity and exuberance whilst catering for a diverse audience.

icandance has taken on the challenge to skilfully and thoughtfully offer an accessible theatre experience for diverse needs with sensory rooms, sensory stations and accessible programmes.

This is a relaxed performance supported by Dancing on Ice judge Jason Gardiner and his #relaxedperformance campaign promoting theatre for all.
