A golf club raised £7,100 for a charity which "makes dreams come true" for children with life-limiting conditions last year.
Epping charity, the Dream Factory, say they will use the money raised by Wanstead Golf Club to send "two or three" families to Disneyland Paris.
The fundraising year began with the captain’s drive-in which was attended by professional golfer Simon Khan whose signed golf bag attracted a £1,000 bid at auction.
Other events included golf days and social events as well as donations from members.
Wanstead Golf Club captain Tony Mansfield said: “I was looking for a charity to do with kids and one that’s local.
“Everybody at the club knew their donation would be going to a very worthy cause.”
The Dream Factory was formed by Epping mother Avril Mills after her son, Oliver, died from leukaemia at the age of nine.
Avril Mills said: “I'm honoured that Tony and the golf club chose us as their charity for the year.
“They are all such lovely people and their fundraising will help us grant even more dreams.”
Mr Mansfield presented the cheque to Avril’s son Josh, 17, on Sunday.
