Delays of up to 50 minutes should be expected.
There are currently moderate delays on the M25 due to a broken down vehicle closing one lane.
The anti-clockwise carriageway is currently moving slowly between junction 24 for Enfield and junction 26 for Waltham Abbey.
Commuters are warning to expected delays of up to 50 minutes.
The Highways Agency said normal traffic conditions are expected from 8.45am.
