Severe delays are affecting traffic
Severe delays are affecting traffic on the M11 after an earlier lorry fire.
The blaze has forced the closure of one lane on the northbound carriageway, while the burnt vehicle rests on the hard shoulder.
The lane is closed between junction seven at Hastingwood and junction eight for Stansted Airport.
The Highways Agency expects "normal traffic conditions" to return from 3pm.
Essex Fire and Rescue Service reported that the fire was in the wheels of the lorry's trailer.
Firefighters wearing breathing apparatus used one hose reel jet to tackle the fire, extinguishing it by 2:24pm.
