Willingale

Grade II listed building consent for proposed first floor rear extension to create a dressing area and en-suite bathroom, and removing of modern internal stud work walls. A single storey front extension to the existing garage building. The garage building is to be clad in black painted weatherboarding, and the house is to have a mixture of black weatherboarding and white painted render. Replace modern house windows. Remove brickwork chimney.
