A ROYAL Variety Performance conductor is hosting a singing retreat.
From June 1 to 3, Debden House will be converted into a bohemian refuge and destination for singers across the UK to learn a variety of styles.
Under the tutelage of Hannah Brine, who performed in front of the Queen and at the Olivier Awards, attendees will receive a crash course in three and four part harmony and vocal technique.
Ms Brine said: "I am so looking forward to the retreat this year. Epping Forest is a beautiful setting to sing in and I can’t wait to bring together singers from all around the country to make music together.
"This is my seventh retreat but my first in Essex. It would be wonderful if lots of singers from the local community can join us”
Tickets £195, £295 with accommodation. E-mail Hannah@hannahbrine.co.uk or visit debden-houseretreat.bpt.me to sign up.
