A woman has been jailed and banned from shops after stealing maths equipment.
Raphaella Wiley stole meat from Mark and Spencer in Epping, on Tuesday, July 24, and items from Superdrug in Loughton, on Sunday, July 1.
She was arrested after being caught taking maths equipment from W H Smith in Epping, on Saturday, August 18.
The 34 year-old, of The Plain, Epping, appeared at Chelmsford Magistrates’ Court on Thursday, September 6, where she admitted three charges of theft.
Wiley was given a 12 weeks in prison and was ordered to pay a £115 victim surcharge.
The order bans her from a number of shops in Epping Forest and prevents her from contacting people believed to be associates.
Wiley must not enter any businesses in High Road and Langston Road, Loughton, and The Broadway, Debden.
