The National Jazz Archive is celebrating its thirtieth anniversary at the 100 Club.
Fans of the Loughton based institution will have to travel to Oxford Street for the November 21 concert, which is led by the National Youth Jazz Orchestra’s Nonet.
With a focus on small-group improvisation, the Nonet will play classics from the Great American Songbook.
Highlights of the National Jazz Archive’s anniversary include the 'Rhythm and Reaction: The Age of Jazz in Britain' exhibition at Temple Place and a display at the Love Supreme Festival.
Doors for the Nonent concert open at 7.30pm.
Tickets cost £17.50 from www.nationaljazzarchive.co.uk/events or by calling 020 8502 4701.
