East of England ambulance service ranked worse for delays.
A motorist has been taken to hospital following a car and lorry crash.
At around 10am the emergency services were called to the M11 northbound slip road onto the M25.
There they found the aftermath of a car and lorry collision.
Crews from Harlow, Epping, Waltham Abbey and Loughton set about releasing a man trapped in the car.
At 11.15am he was out.
Two casualties were left in the care of the ambulance service, with one man taken to Queens Hospital, Romford by road ambulance.
